The malt profile for the base of this beer is biscuity with subtle caramel notes and a burgundy hue. Hopped intentionally, yet assertively, with Columbus, Cascade, Mosaic, and Columbus Cryo. Notes of dank old school American hops, resiny pine, grapefruit pith, and peach skin.”
