7.2% ABV “Starting with a base of 100% @RiverbendMalt (we’re making more and more beers w/ 100% Riverbend because SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL FAVORITES, PEOPLE! WE CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!) Comprised of Cumberland Pils, hefty doses of their Appalachian Wheat and Oat Malt, and just bunches of Chit Malt for body/head/complexity. We then open-hand slapped this lil’ ditty with Citra in the Whirlpool, then again with a very heavy hot-dip of Citra Dynaboost, and then AGAIN with Mosaic in the first dry-hop. The crew then decided to unleash a flurry of punches in the second dry-hop with MORE Citra, Enigma, and a final haymaker of Vic Secret Terpenes. It’s like getting into a street fight with a tropical fruit salad in a room full of lasers and smoke: passionfruit, papaya, pineapple, clementine, thick and chewy dab-rips, and an overwhelming sense of excitement (and a smidge of danger!).”
